Kohls had all the colors so you can test the colors to find the best match. Then I buy in amazing b cause it is typically cheaper and more convenient. The colors blend better than L'Oréal.

I first bought this product in Sephora. It did not come with an applicator. The beauty consultant applied it with a powder brush. I have used it with both the brush and a puff pad. The applicator type is your personal preference.
