Great value for Grafting trees
I bought for grafting trees. Works great for that. The questions on Amazon have some wrong answers. It has a single bevel edge on a stamped, somewhat concaved blade. Marked “stainless steel “. May not be sk5. Has a back lock. The blade sharpens nicely and with the single bevel edge and works great for slicing the grafts on the black pine that I grafted. Time will tell if they take. Basically it is a utility knife. Not up to pocket knife standards but has the blade profile for grafting.

Not bad but average
No bad but remember you are not buying an expensive knife so quality is fair. On the plus side it is sharp but fit and finish is so so. It is expensive overall but not too overpriced

Blunts quickly
Very soft stainless steel, so blunts very quickly. Would not recommend.

Great knife for $10
Stainless, not carbon blade, looks like the hollow was stamped, but for a $10 garden knife, I'm not going to get picky. Semi-finished, I needed to fix some splinters and sand back some rough spots, no big deal. Sharpening took a while, but it took an edge like a straight razor and holds it.

Works well, large handle, good ergonomics, sharp blade
Much bigger than I was expecting, the mechanism seems like it’s going to hold up after I’ve owned this product for a while. I use the knife for breaking down boxes mostly so I’m not sure how it fares against gardens or plants. I really like the knife and would buy it again if I lost my current one.

Don't over use it
Decent knife for the price. probably best used as many reviewers stated for grafting and other above ground work. I may have been too hopeful and also used it underground to get to roots, and once the dirt got in between the blade and the handle, it quickly built up and the wooden handle split. So if you avoid that mistake, it's great.
