TC-50 Hand Tally Counter with Landyard

The product arrived in time. I choose a tally counter made in Taiwin, not China, because I have had some poor experiences with products from China. I prefer a mechanical rather than an electronic tally since there is no worry about it getting wet or of batteries failing. This counter works very smoothly and the finish is attractive.

I rarely give a feedback on a product that I purchase. But this one is an exception because the seller's description of the product is not completely true. I need to let other potential buyers know. The part that the finger ring is attached to IS PLASTIC and the reset knob IS ALSO PLASTIC. I bought the counter based on the seller's descriptions that all external parts are metal. Not true and I am returning the counter back to the seller.

I wasn’t sure how to hook up the lanyard so I just looped it though; the counter itself feels like it will last for quite a while.

Talley works great. Wish we had thought to get one sooner. Gives accurate count, easy to hold and use.

This is a lightweight counter that works as you think it would. The button makes noise with every tally. The numbers are easy to read. It comes with a nylon string that can be used as a lanyard. I think the body might be plastic and that is why it is so lightweight. Not sure how durable it will end up being, but if all you’re doing is holding it in your hand and clicking, there’s no reason it can’t last long enough to get your money’s worth.

Works like it should. Easy to reset and counts to higher than needed number.
