Used to "Break in" my Predator 224
Used this Grease on newly installed performance parts along with Full Synthetic oil to "break-in" the engine. Seemed to work. Engine runs GREAT!

Excellent engine assembly grease that sticks right where you put it
My got-to assembly grease for engine builds. It's thick and tacky and it stays where you put it. Gives you peace of mind during that initial startup and break-in period.

Different consistency, always comes open/leaking
Overall, I like the calcium sulfonate grease. The last two tubs I’ve had have been great. The grease spreads great and does the anticorrosion job well while holding up to wash out. This is why I’ve been a repeat customer. This batch is a little different. Clearly the consistency or viscosity and color of the grease is a little darker and thicker. I haven’t had a chance to use the grease, but it does look different superficially. Like I said, I haven’t had a chance to use the grease so the spreadability and the properties may be fine. My biggest gripe is that every time I order this grease it comes either leaked all over a bag inside of a box (ruining the stickers for identification), leaked all over the inside of the box (ruining the other shipped items), or like this time, floating around in a box loose with the lid completely off. The only reason there wasn’t grease all over the inside of the box is because of the new thicker consistency. It’s almost like Maxima designed the grease a little thicker so that it could be shipped. open tub.

Excellent value for a sticky assembly grease
Used for initial lube on my double roller timing set and for packing my oil pump on a 500+ HP Ford 460 rebuild; as well as the bottom-end assembly. It’s a rated NLGI 2, but it’s on the thick side of a 2 and could pass for a 3. Found it to stick well in double roller. An incredible value for this quality of assembly grease.
