How much of this should be used? Nothing on the pot to say.

I found instructions on the internet stating 
1 heaped 5ml spoon which is in the pot, mixed with about 1/3 whiskey tumbler of water 3 times a day for a couple of months then just 5ml a day after that.

How do I use this? No instructions

I had to google it. I've only started using this this week so have started small to get used to it. There is a double-ended spoon inside, so I used the small end and added the powder to about quarter of a pint of water. It was a bit chalky so I added some more water until the powder had dissolved. That's it! Take once a day. I'm going to graduate on to the larger end of the spoon in a couple of days. Hope this helps.

What is the difference between this and the Less-Than 20 µm version?

This one is finer, has higher clinoptilolite content (active ingredient in zeolite) and is more effective.

Is is advisable to mix it with Bentonite?

What clay you use is up to you and trial and error - only thing to be aware of: clay is used as a binder when animals have diarrhea - bentonite is not too binding. But you need to watch your bowel habits! I tend to use zeolite on its own - it suits me. I did a hair mineral analysis test recently - and was pleased to see that the havy metal toxins were all neglible and well below the low reference scale. So I am happy that something is helping! Especially after all the years of amalgam fillings and fish I like to eat. Interestingly enough, the one toxin that was the "highest" was zircon  - and that is used in the new "plastic" and ceramic fillings. Just knew that in dentistry they would swap one toxin for another!!!! And some say that mercury is easier to detox than the current dental materials..... As a species, we don;t really get any smarter!!!!  All the best
