Pleasantly surprised at how good these were
Bought these for a dinner party where I needed gluten free pasta in a casserole. This casserole is an old family favorite that we've made for decades, so I was curious to see how these noodles would fare compared to my standard egg noodles. The noodles cooked up very nicely. They were al dente, not mushy, with good flavor. I did adjust the sauce to pasta ratio because they are significantly smaller in size (I normally use extra wide). They continued holding up even after baking in the oven with the sauce. Got a lot of compliments on the dish.

bad smell, weird aftertaste
These noodles were disappointing. They had a bit of a rancid smell when I opened the package. I used them anyway, because they were not anywhere near the expiration date. They held up OK during cooking, but the flavor was not great, with a weird aftertaste. I ended up throwing the food away and was sorry to have wasted the chicken that I used with the noodles.
