Does the wardrobe door need to be on a flat surface, or can it be put in place directly, without removing the wardrobe door ?

You don’t need to take the door off. Just peel the backing film off the mirror and stick it on. It does need a flat surface or the reflection is distorted.

Can it be attached by 4 screws in each corner (without splitting the acrylic) - instead of using dble sided tape to make extra secure ?

I used the double sided tape and it was very secure. I don’t know how screwing would affect t(e product.

Can you provide an estimate for these sizes 27.5cm x 159cm and also 60 x 160cm in the 3mm and 5mm thickness thanks

My Fabback Full Length Mirror is 47 inches in height by just over 11 inches wide or if you prefer, 119.5 cams by 30.2 cms wide. Thickness 0.3 cms approximately but definitely not more.

I realise this says wardrobe door, but can this be stuck to a wall (painted plasterboard)? Anyone tried it?

It does adhere to painted walls, I have it here on walls and on a wooden wardrobe too, been up for many years as test pieces, but not everyone gets the same results, and we'll never know why.
