Thermometer itself looked sturdy, was very heat resistant and worked in the intended range. However it's very slow at giving the current temperature reading. I have to hold it for long. For the the value given, with enough patience, it's good, however certainly not made for daily work.

Good product. Very easy to use. Temperature range is very good, only problem that I faced was that it took pretty long to get to the temperature, be it lowest or on the higher end.

Average product. Every time You turn it on, it's little off from what it is reading. Also, without a proper clip, the weight is so distributed that it will turn toward the other side taking away the viewing area (display) and You can't do single handed operation, e.g. steam-heating water, frothing to temperature, etc.
