Upon receiving the item in 2016 (several boxes) it was easy to move from the driveway to the area of usage assemble by myself (tech savvy and mechanically inclined), two people would make easier but not necessary. It was used by myself and family members, almost daily. In 2022 we moved. I disassembled unit and shipped to our new home. Again easy to assemble. After 8 years, sauna works as if new. Two people can be seated however a 3 person unit would provide better room for two and if you like legs stretched on the bench, the 3 person unit would be better. For a nice 20 to 40 minute dry heat sauna I give 👍👍 and recommend this brand.

I chose to buy a far-infrared sauna based on a recommendation from a radiation oncology team member treating me for cancer. She said it should help rid my body of the toxins associated with the radiation and the zapped cancer cells which must be eliminated from the body over a ten week period. Of course, I might never know it worked, but it makes me feel better to be doing something other than passively accepting the often unpleasant side effects of the radiation. The sauna was delivered to my door step within days of my order. I hired an electrician to install a dedicated 15 amp circuit, as I was not sure I had one in the house. He also helped me with installation and set up, which took around two hours. The seller and the tech support team were most helpful in the installation process and the use of the sauna the following week. I am very impressed with the nature of the heat inside the unit. Unlike typical saunas where you step in and it’s so hot you can hardly breath, when you get into this unit, you feel the heat more like that associated with the cold of the shade being replaced by the heat of the sun when it comes out from behind the clouds. I have been able to get the temperature up to between 130 to 140 degrees and enjoy a sweat for around 30 minutes. It is a perfect way to end the day before retiring. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to avoid a typical sauna offered in health clubs or who might not have a health spa in their locale which offers far-infrared sauna treatments. Set this up in our garage for family member needing sauna for medical condition. It does require 2 people where holding up the walls on the base is necessary. The weight of roof/lid also necessitates having two people to lift into place. The front panel with the glass door is heaviest of all just beware since it is set up first before hooking in the side panels. The side panels are a very tight fit at least for my unit. The hooks that ties these to front panel require a slight lift and set in down motion to attach properly. I say this in detail since it took pressure from the top to set the three hooks into the front panel. Once in place, it is a very snug fit. The back panel goes right thereafter. Top sets and connections are labeled nicely. There are routing channels for the wiring and power cord. The power outlet needs to be close since this is not a long connector. Panels on top are more for keeping dust off and covering wiring. You never see it anyway. The interior bench looks great once set in properly. Instructions were a little unclear on location of mounting screws (predrilled holes), but verified with their customer service before setting. Turned it on and functioned properly right of the bat. The bluetooth connected speakers have great quality sound. Easy to connect for both Android and Apple. Do note that any moisture inside will stain the wood bench. A towel helps of course, but just note it is bare wood. No big issue here just something to note. Lastly, strongly suggest purchasing the back supports They are not a of the system but pop up as an option during purchase on Amazon. Once the temperature gets up to a maximum it is just right for sauna dry heat. Instructions need to more clear on process of getting the sauna to the level heat wanted. This is not a moist heat. The panels do heat very well for the space provided giving it deep sauna heat. Happy customers thus far.

Easy to set up. Recommend two to three people for setup. Works fantastic! Looks great in our log cabin room. Helps alot with body aches. Worth every penny!

I have only had the sauna for a short time, it seems like a really nice unit at a reasonable price. Assembly was easy and as stated, a 2 person job. Shipping is curbside delivery thru a freight company, which was good. Communication on delivery from company purchased from, Golden Design Inc. was great, as was the freight company, ABF Freight Systems. There was a small issue with product from shipping, and I only called the service center at Golden Design Inc. to make aware for their benefit. Service center went over and above to satisfy me, when I really wasn't expecting anything. Great to see a company wanting to have happy customers, not just a sale. Overall great experience!!

I have to say this is my first time owning one of these and the experience has been great. It's easy to assemble but instructions SUCK BIT TIME .... I had to watch a youtube video to put it together; after that, it was a 20-minute task with help. Pros : 1 - Small enough to fit anywhere 2 - It makes you sweat once its all the way hot 3 - Easy to put together once watching the youtube video 4 - I like the interior lights 5. I was able to connect it, to a regular outlet Cons: 1 - The DOOR is NOT well sealed, so the heat comes out and the air from outside comes in so it does not perfom like it was expected at 151 Fahrenheit, mine only gets to 135 or 140 after like 2.5 or 3 hours. NOTE: I had to PUT FOAM SEAL from home depot to seal the doors so I would not lose that much heat. 2 - It can break easily it move it too much since its delicate 3 - It has a remote but only for the lights, you cannot control the temp or anything else, which is ok but I was expecting it to be better, its a really cheap remote.

I've used mine for a couple weeks now and it is amazing. I see other reviews complain about the speakers... nonsense. Use bluetooth and the quality is amazing. The lights are cool yet I find it more relaxing to be in the dark with the music for sure. Don't bring your phone in, but have it playing music for you. DO buy the $75 cushion that comes with this. Assembly is a bitch, nearly impossible with just one person (as I did). Read the assembly manual carefully as I did not and wasted a lot of time. Keep the vent closed above to increase the heat for sure. Install the tray, but use it as a cup holder for sure. It supports my 32 ounce tumbler which I bring in. Over the 30 minutes I stay in I steadily drink the entire tumbler, but I also load up on water before I enter for sure. APPLY ALOE VERA OIL or some other moisturizer to skin closest to the panels. Go SHIRTLESS as you will sweat much more. If you wear clothes it ruins the whole damn thing with infrared rays. TRUST ME ON THIS. But the dry heat needs to be addressed with oil because for the first 15-20 minutes you won't be sweating, but the last 10 you'll be POURING BUCKETS. I wear crocs or rubber sandals that are easy to wash because the floor panel will be too hot for your feet. You can wear your shirt, but you get the best effect without. At a minimum put oil on the outside of your arms and shoulders and back of calves and anywhere that is subject to the direct infrared rays. OIL IS KEY unless you're coming from a pool or hot tub or a sweaty workout. DON'T BE HERO especially if you just got done working out. DON'T LET the temperature gauge fool you. This thing puts way more heat into your body that is shown by the thermometer. Progressive overload yourself, but don't endanger yourself by staying in too long. BY HYDRATED. NO ALCOHOL. EAT HEALTHY. Most importantly take a shower IMMEDIATELY afterwards to wash the toxic sweat off and slow graduate it from cool to cold as a final COLD SHOCK to seal the deal and get MAXIMUM health benefits. Trust me, I am a heart disease survivor. Eat healthy and you'll be able to sustain more heat for longer with more ease. Any questions just ask.
