Wrong voltage. Straight from the US but with a massive margin added on top. Description did not stipulate this. Would need transformer to run in the UK.

EASE OF USE
I love the wide choice of colors and chose the hot orange (Salsa). The size and ease of handling are both ideal, especially for someone like me, as I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome on both the left and right side. This condition affects my thumb, index and middle fingers on both hands with numbness. The first thing I made was Cream Cheese Pie for dessert on Thanksgiving, which has always been one of my family's favorites. I'm planning to make another one for Christmas!

Great Hand Mixer!
Incredible hand mixer for the price. The low speed is why I bought this one. My old mixer lowest speed was like speed 3 on this jewel. Finally I can mix in a medium to small bowl without the contents being flung all over me, the countertops, stove, and wall. Highly recommend. One little detail is the beaters are side specific. Beater with the washer on it goes in the hole with a picture of the beater with a washer on it as illustrated in the plastic. It wont work otherwise and can be frustrating when your half asleep. The color is awesome of a rich summer watermelon. Great little mixer highly recommend, I've never been happier with one.

A GREAT AND COLORFUL MIXER
EXCELLENT PRODUCT, COULDN'T ASK FOR ANY BETTER PERFORMANCE. IT WHIPS CREAM WITH EASE I DON'T LIKE TO TAKE OUT MY LARGE OSTER CENTER THAT IS STORED IN MY CABINET FOR A FIVE MINUTE MIX JOB SO THIS IS THE PERFECT ANSWER FOR ME. IT HAS A SURPRISING AMOUNT OF POWER COMPARED TO THE MIXERS OF 20 YEARS AGO. ANOTHER PLUS IS IT THAT YOU CAN CHOSE FROM THE GREATEST COLORS. REMEMBER...LOOKS ARE EVERYTHING. :)I WILL STILL USE MY STAND MIXER FOR A LARGE JOB AS I DON'T KNOW HOW DURABLE THIS MIXER IS.ANOTHER PLUS IS THE LOW PRICE.
