Excellent door closer, easy to install.
This door closer does the job, the instructions for installation are very clear and they have templates for all possible configurations. Just 4 screws needed for the main unit and 2 for the arm. There are different sized screws included, and it even includes the drill bit you need for the holes. Installation took about 14 minutes to mark up the template, drill the holes, screw it in and adjust it. There are two adjusters for closing speed - one for the last 20 degrees or so and one for the rest. The unit is good quality aluminium body and steel arms, it should last years.

Brilliant!
This arrived today and I fitted it this afternoon. Itโs BRILLIANT! The instructions and particularly the paper templates make it pretty simple. It certainly works excellently, closing the door firmly without slamming. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

If you watch the video and follow the written instructions then there is no problem. Once fitted I had no issues the door closed first time without any adjustments.

NOT idiot proof
Yes, there is a big warning in the instructions but if you unscrew an adjustments screw too far it will pop out and spray the hydraulic oil everywhere. Attempted to refill with similar oil but I guess I knew that was never going to work. Good templates included and very easy to fit. Idiot.

Schrauben mit ordentlichen Dรผberln nehmen! Montage zur Zweit ist ein Vorteil (habe es alleine gemacht), weil es ein bisschen kompliziert ist ihn festzuhalten, markiere wo zum Bohren etc....aber es geht. Mein Eingangstรผr, 90 cm schwere Holztรผr von 1960, schliesst nun endlich....weil meine Tochter tut es nicht!

Easy and works properly.
Easy to install and works perfectly to my door. No more slam and my door closes properly now. Just move the arm(not the hydraulic controller) a little further from the hinge and it will be an easier to open.

Does the job perfectly
Following a house inspection, it was urgent we address the recommendation to install a door closer on the door from the house leading to the garage. We received it next day, installed it with no problem thanks to the clear instructions provided. I recommend it.
