Just got this and seems to hold well. Has A little bit of a scent but its not bad. Not sticky or heavy but holds well.

This is a great hairspray. I apply it on my hair on occasion when needed. It gives me that bit more of hold for those long days. I've tried a lot of hairsprays over the years and normally gravitate towards products like Big Sexy Hair Spray 'n Play harder when I need something to really hold my hair. This sounds ridiculous, but I saw one of the orange county Housewives using this (and her hair is gorgeous and not stiff at all) so I thought I'd give it a try. wow. Not only does it hold my hair when I curl it, it's also totally flexible so I don't look like I have helmet head. and, it brushes out completely without leaving residue. And the biggest reason I love this product is becuase I'm a brunette and it doesn't turn my hair chalky or cause product buildup. If I don't like my hair after I've styled and sprayed it, I can brush through it and all of this product is gone. No dust, no buildup. It's like starting from new. It also works great when I straighten my hair. If you run into wintertime static like I do, a few shots of this will keep your straight hair under control. And again, it does it without making your hair look sprayed. I actually liked this product so much that I signed up for the "Subscription" option (auto ship). The one thing I will say is that you want to get the unscented version of this. I accidentally bought the scented version and the smell was horrible... it's way too strong and as I've seen in many other reviews, it has an "old lady" perfumed scent to it. The smell lasts all day, and if you're sensitive to scents like I am, the scented version will give you a killer headache. Definitely stick with the unscented version. It still has a slight scent but no more than other hair sprays.

Pros: - great hold, lasts all day, effective - scent is very subtle to me, I’ve used countless other hairsprays in search of a “scentless” option and they just don’t exist. ALL of them have a scent and some are better than others. I prefer this “scent” over the no nothing hairspray - Cost - way cheaper than the no nothing brand and holds better to me Cons: - It still has a “scent”

I hate hairspray and have hated hairspray all my life. I almost want to say that this is not hairspray - because hairspray is awful. This is BETTER than hairspray. I can spray this in my hair when it is wet/damp. AND IT DOES WONDERFUL THINGS. I have wavy hair, which I have beautiful natural waves all through the back, but lately, the hair towards the front of my head and at the top of my crown, has decided it wants to be straight. Like stick straight. In complete contrast with the rest of my hair. I don't blow dry my hair much because split ends are my enemy, and I am trying to grow my hair to just below my boobs (sorry, but that's precisely where I'm aiming for). I chopped it off to my chin a la Blindspot because I'm an idiot and thought "awww, I miss my short hair, I'll cut it!" Luckily, I've been cutting my own hair for a long time a do a better job than anyone else could. But ANYWAY - basically - I can spray this in my wet damp hair, and scrunch it, and let it dry. AND IT DOESN'T END UP CRISPY, AND IT DOESN'T GET WEIGHED DOWN. IT IS AMAZING. And!! No flakes! NO FLAKES! Like, ever! I comb it out at night before bed, and NO FLAKES. In fact, every now and then, it looks even better. Like maybe I should always be combing it out. The only thing you have to be careful of, is if you spray it too close and it gets too concentrated in one area, it can look like a shiny spot. Like someone just sprayed high gloss sealant on one spot of your head. Luckily, it brushes out. I also highly recommend getting a travel size bottle to keep in your purse. In fact, this large bottle is the first large bottle I've purchased, and probably won't need another one for a year, considering I've been using the travel size bottle for the past two months. This hairspray is worth every penny. I pray to the hair gods it never gets discontinued.

Works well, a slight smell that goes away fast when dry.Great hold. No stickiness, just a firm hold. Just wish it was a shorter bottle so I could fit it in with other hair products. Currently have to keep the 10.5” bottle under the sink. I also have the one with fragrance. It is very nice as well.

Thank you to the seller for arranging a prompt refund. I bought this because I'm allergic to artificial fragrance, unfortunately the ingredients contain fragrance. Not sure what happened with the packaging of my can, hopefully it was a one-off

Firm hold. And non scented of course. Is a bit expensive though.
