FREEDA Super B-Complex Vitamin Supplement – No Folic Acid or PABA, 250ct

I haven't started using Freeda Vitamin B Complex without Folic Acid just yet, but I’m already thrilled! After my MTHFR diagnosis, finding a B complex that doesn’t contain folate was a true game changer. I've come across fantastic reviews about Freeda, and the fact that it’s gluten-free and made with high-quality ingredients really stands out to me. The tablets are small and easy to manage, which is such a relief considering my current supplement routine. I also appreciate that there are no artificial additives or animal derivatives—perfect for my dietary needs. I’m excited to start this journey with Freeda! I do hope I don’t run into any issues with availability. I previously took Sundown B-Complex, but it was nearly impossible to get refills, and with my MTHFR condition, I couldn’t even continue with that brand. Here’s hoping Freeda remains easy to find! Five stars for now!

My internist suggested that I take a B-complex vitamin with no folic. She actually gave me the name of another brand but I didn't like the fact that I had to take more than one a day and they were quite expensive. I found these and showed them to my doctor who totally approved of them. She was impressed that I had found such a good substitute and for a great price as well. The biggest change I have noticed since taking these is that my leg cramps are gone! I was not expecting it to help that particular problem but it did and I'm thrilled. Other than that, I feel they are giving me the extra B vitamins I need to keep me energized throughout the day. I would highly recommend this product.

Smells very yeasty lol. But seems to be working! My nails are growing like crazy and feel more alert /alive in the morning lol. Loveeee that it doesn't have biotin! My body doesn't like biotin and it's so hard to find b vitamins without it.

We ordered this, as we do every month and a half. However, this time the tablets were a different color and shape. No big deal we figured. WRONG! As soon as we started on this new "batch" my wife came out in hives all over and started to have swelling in her throat anf flushing. This happened two days a in a row immediately after ingesting these tablets. I wasn't feeling that good either. Third day we stopped taking this and have been fine ever since. After doing research we find out that the upper tolerable limit for niacin per day is 35mg. This product contains 100mg, which 625% of the daily recommendation. Common reactions to excessive niacin is hives, swelling, itching, heart palpitations etc. It can also cause gastrointestinal distress, bloating and liver and kidney damage, so buyer beware, according to Dr. Google. Why this product is allowed to be sold i don't know, and why this new batch caused this and the other did not is a mystery, too, but we'll never buy it again!

It’s almost impossible to find bcomplex that doesn’t contain folate. Folate is liked to estrogen production and the is linked to tumor growth, so limiting it is beneficial. Great product

The only b comlex that hss no folic acid that i could find No harm with the folic acid except if you have medical reasons that prevent its usage
