Bought today, used it today. 10/10 better than the basic gun you get at Home Depot. I can’t imagine how an electric gun could operate better than this. The only reason you would regret buying this is because you’ve never had to caulk anything before and you don’t know how bad a cheap caulk gun can be.

Very high quality gun. I’ve previously used guns from big box stores and this one is much better. Gives you great control and is well built.

This works well and consistently but after using it I did not feel like the price was totally justified. No complaints otherwise.

I am a Glazier with 35 years of experience and I would rank these Tajima guns at the top of the list. The dual cams make for a smooth operation for all types of caulks and eliminates excesive pressure with thinner latex caulks. I love it when a manufacturer of a tool understands what it is like to use that tool. Tajima eliminates the inconvinence and the delay of wrestling tubes out of small opening with their long barrel. Having a poker that can actually puncture the longer tips you get on urethane caulks is a big plus. I can use any caulking gun or a stick to lay a nice bead but the Tajima makes the job pleasurable and it feels great in the hand.

I didn’t know what I was missing, or that a caulking experience could be so much better. Coming from a cheapo caulk gun, this thing is like a Ferrari. It feels great in the hand, the ratio of force from the handle is spot on, and it feels really well made. The dripless feature works as expected and is really nice to have. If you’ve never bought a nice caulk gun I’d go for this.

I've Been after this for some time. Finally bit the bullet and got it. It's so much better than the cheep ones I've had before.

I’ve used a lot of caulking guns over my career, from the $2 rust rockets to your favourite tool brands attempt at making a caulking gun. Trust me when I say this thing is like driving a rolls Royce, where your other caulking guns are like a nice Ford. Nothing wrong with the Ford it gets from point A to B comfortably. But oh man I like this one, super sturdy all metal and thick metal, not thin stuff like your grandpas rickety caulking gun. doesn’t squeak at all, when you stop pulling the trigger the caulking doesn’t keep spilling out the end. Putting a new tube in feels like reloading a nice shotgun. Just an extremely solid device, if there were caulking gun elitist conventions they’d all be rocking these. It’s a bit heavy compared to your average one, but you look like you need to hit the gym regardless. Now ask yourself, do you need a rolls Royce caulking gun? You don’t, but hey you could have one, It’s pretty great! I’m going to lose this at some point, as all the great caulking guns seem to get left to collect dust in strange places for eternity. But I’ll probably buy this again when I do lose it. Food for thought, treat yourself :)

Hatte schon einige Kartuschenpressen in der hand. Nachdem mir meine letzte von wolfkraft um die ohren flog (überall plastik) sollte mal was anständiges her. Was soll ich sagen, das teil macht einen sehr robusten und soliden eindruck. Alles läuft sehr glatt und ruhig, nichts verkantet, sie liegt wunderbar in der hand, wiegt ein wenig mehr, was ich persönlich sehr schön finde und der Stempel zieht sich immer wieder ein stück zurück, was das nachlaufen minimieren dürfte. Bislang habe ich sie noch nicht benutzt aber ich denke, ich werde nicht enttäuscht. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Die leichten Kratzer wie auf dem bild zu erkennen aber ganz im ernst: so schön sieht die nur nach dem auspacken aus, das ist ein werkzeug und wird benutzt. Halten und funktionieren muss es. Ergänzung: es lässt sich hervorragend damit arbeiten, mit wenig Kraft kann man ordentlich strecke machen und auch sehr gleichmäßig.
