Flavor is tangy but not bad. I mix it with about 4 oz of water or juice. I feel great when taking this supplement and it makes it so easy as opposed to pill forms. Hi, I have been using this vitamin for almost a year now with my granddaughter who uses a G tube an gets sick easy. I believe the way it is liquid and the perfect strength to add to her G tube fluids has kept her safe an free from sickness this past year. I highly recommend it.
