The book is well organized and skillfully written. Beginning instructors will gain confidence, knowledge, and skill from reading and practicing the exercises. The lesson plans are useable as they are, or readers can adapt them as needed. What a terrific resource!

Lots of different routines presented. The only con is that it is sometimes difficult to match the exercise to the routine since they are in different locations.
