I suffered for a few years with extreme fatigue. Without getting into the nitty gritty details of my medical history, I’ll just say that one specialist and I felt pretty confident that the fatigue was at a cellular level. I tried various prescriptions and OTC supplements. One day, that specialist asked if I had tried L-carnitine. I had not. I was willing to try just about anything. I read reviews of various brands and ultimately decided to give this one a try a year + ago. I very much think it helped. I noticed energy improvements in the first month (not significant, but noticeable). It kept improving over time. If you are having fatigue issues, I think taking this is worth a try.

The l-carnitine supplement provided me with increased energy, and I didn’t experience any adverse side effects. The delivery was prompt, and so far, it has been beneficial for my overall well-being. However, I must admit that the pills are quite large to digest.

I assume the product is fine and does what it's supposed to do. It interacted with my hyperactivity in ways that were really unpleasant, though. Turns out increasing cellular energy and metabolism in a system that's already hyperactive just results in anxiety and jitters.

I really appreciate this purchase. I have never taken this form, but I’m glad I chose it. I have heard it gives you energy. I haven’t found that out yet, but it does give me focus. And with focus, I am able to complete tasks and I feel more productive. I think with this along with my other supplements it’s helping to fight off fatigue.
