Good quality supplements which seem to work well for my joints and keep my knees free from twinges.

I have arthritis. I take this product plus a joint complex powder each day. I also have a walk every day and now find I am in less pain.

I had this first few weeks so disappointed thought so expensive and not working at all. But soon as finish the bottle suddenly all pain vanished from my knee. It was so much pain sometimes can’t move my self. After that I recommend so many people. Some people do works some not. Its easy to swallow. No side effects

Not sure they have given any pain relief , been taking for 3 weeks and not noticed any difference to psi levels. Will carry on and use the 2 month supply I have in case it takes time for build up.

I have just began using these supplements today. I'm a retired professional ballet dancer and aerialist and suffer from terrible joint pain from years of athletisism. I have early onset of arthritis and was told 10 years ago that I would need a knee replacement. I was only 25. For the last 10 I've been using osteocare, cod liver oil and magnesium to support my cartlilege and joints. The osteocare has now stopped working so I've moved on to Actiflex. I hope it helps with the pain I have in my back, legs, wrists and shoulders. Now at 35 I want to delay the knee replacements for as long as possible. I'll update my review in a months time and see if I notice any difference. Tablets are easy to swallow and are flavour free.

Used them for a few months, didn't not feel significant change on my joints but they didn't get worse either so I guess that's a result.

I have only been using for a few days but it really feels like it’s working and I feel a lot more revitalised and less achy in the mornings. I hope it continues.

I ordered three bottles of Actiflex which arrived three days earlier than expected. My husband suffers from lower back pain, I have pain in my lower back, knees and sciatica. Looking at the list of ingredients in these capsules, it seemed a good product, so we thought we would give it a try. I wanted to write my review after I had been taking the capsules for sometime. Both my husband and I have been taking them for six weeks and I am sorry to say the Actiflex capsules did not make any difference to our pain. Maybe some of the ingredients weren't strong enough, whatever the reasons were, we will not be buying these again.
