Top Of The Line
This is made for public parks or apartment complexes/condos. It's well built and needs special bags to refill (not the usual rolled up kind you can find in stores). We did not keep ours because the post needs to be buried in the ground and stabilized with cement. It was more than we were looking for

Cheaper to by the post dispenser and the Trash can separate, Either way you need to assemble. Its not very hard
