Update: I contacted Infusezen customer service and they were very responsive and helpful in resolving my concerns. While this didn’t turn out to be a great buy i won’t hesitate to purchase from them again! I’ve added a star to my review for great customer service.I love the color and look of this but of the 15 or so peshtemal towels i own this is probably my least favorite. It’s soft however the material is more like an acrylic feel than cotton. The tag says 100% cotton but it has that shiny, fuzzy look and feel of an acrylic/polyester sweater. It does an ok job drying off but not the best. One side where the dye is very dark the edge is super stiff and hard, not sure what that’s about. I honestly think i might have gotten a defective one. It’s a fine size but smaller than the rest of my Turkish towels. Overall it’s pretty to look at and functions acceptably but i wouldn’t buy it again and I’d have been really disappointed if i hadn’t gotten it for such a great price.

I have been binging on peshtemal towels the past month, and having purchased a previous towel from this brand, so when I saw this price, I bought one. The pattern on this is gorgeous.I wash my towels first in cold water and vinegar (1/2 cup in washer load with my other peshtemals so they all get softer together). There was a bit of color leaking at the cold setting with the first wash, but it did not stain any of the other towels, and I washed it with white towels and towels with snow white trim. I would recommend washing any colored towels in cold water and vinegar the first time, to help 'set' the dye.This towel is not as thick as my other sold by this brand, but it is thicker than some other peshtemal I've gotten from other brands, so while thin, its not the thinnest, not even close.The downside is that It does not feel or look like 100% real cotton, which is the reason for the star off. It is either a blend or some type of viscose or bamboo rayon blend. This means it maintained its 'sheen' after washing... and it also doesn't absorb water as well as 100% cotton. That said, I'm still happy with it.I love the pattern and color, it's a great throw, it's a great scarf, and it does dry, even if not particularly well, so it's a great travel towel too. As for size, it is a bit smaller than other peshtemals I've gotten, but the measurements are clearly listed in the description, so no surprise that it's smaller.It's also less than 1/2 and in some cases 1/4 of the price of the larger and thicker peshtemals. It's not fair to compare it to a much higher priced towel, because it's not a much higher priced towel. I liked it so much, I ordered 2 more immediately after washing the first one. It's as soft as butter, even if it's not 100% cotton, and maybe because it's not 100% cotton. It also smells good, no chemically odor.It's a great 'extra' gift, although the plain plastic packaging is not impressive. But at this price, you cannot expect fancy packaging. I'm happy!

I was hoping that the color would be the same as the picture and it is! It's really pretty.It's not teal, its more of a light turquoise This towel gets softer as you use it.There's another review saying its too thin. I think the thickness is just right.I got it to fold up in my backpack and take to the beach.but now I'm taking my terry towel to the beach and using this one for the bathroom instead.I also use it for those hot summer nights when you want a little something to cover you while you're sleeping, but not too much.

I wanted to use the towel in many situations before I reviewed it and wow it is very versatile. I am also planning on a six month trip through Asia in two months and wanted to make sure it would work.I had read many reviews about the feel of the towel and was surprised after washing it was soft. I have used it to dry off, a blanket for a cool room, sarong, and to lay on the beach with. It works for all of these. It also drys really fast. The color is very pretty which is the reason I picked this company from the many others selling similar products. My husband plans on using mine on our trip but I am sure that after we're are gone he will wish he bought one for himself.

These are super cute and I like that they take up way less space than regular beach or pool towels. They don't really absorb as much but I never had any issues. I've taken them to the pool, splash pads, swim class, the beach. No issues. Wish they weren't so pricey but I've used them for a few years and they're still in good shape.

Item is as shown and while its not unsoft when you receive it, it did get softer after washing. Planning to order at least one more - maybe one without fringe. I'm not big on fringe (kinda makes me feel like I'm wrapping up in a rug) but I really like the color and designs so it was worth it to me.Looking forward to taking this on any vacations where a towel as it is pretty thin and would be easy to pack.

Took this on our honeymoon. It is very lightweight and folds down to a small size. I packed it everywhere with us. I used it as a blanket on the plane and in the airports, used it as a blanket on our tour bus up a mountain, and used it as a beach towel for our snorkel trip. It drys pretty fast, and have washed a few times and can tell that it is getting softer with each wash.

Purchased it as a gift. Gave it to my mom to carry on her car. But she loved it so much she had it on her couch to cover herself when she gets cold. All the grandkids love using it too. Soft and pretty

Cheap . You will get it for 50-60 rupees at a Roadside store
