How similar is this to the regular pomegranate molasses?

I'll try to answer it the best I can - this version is all natural - meaning that there is absolutely nothing added to the pomegranates during production. The fruit is simply cooked down into a molasses which retains the truest possible flavor to the original fruit. The "regular" version adds water, sugars and at times, preservatives. All of these things tend to detract from the original flavor of the fruit. Ultimately, the preference in taste will come down to the end user. Some may like the slightly sweeter "regular" versions, while others will prefer to add their own sugars to the all natural one - or just use it as is since the pomegranate does have some natural sweetness to it. The true difference is in what you are getting as added ingredients in the one versus the one that has only pomegranates.
