Bad experience ever

When I received it the wafer crumbs was all over the box, the lid is open, and the wafer are smushed even when I try to taste it it was like the lid has been open for several days, the wafer not crunchy any more, i need a replacement for that or refund my money back

Cans were fine through shipping. Taste is a 5/10 to be honest, wasnt as coconut as i hoped for, and taste kind of weird. Price is kind of up there too. mid.
