Will this fit a Waxie 17 floor machine, I beleive I need 16 inch?

2 questions; 1. Size of cup wheels and arbor size? 2. is this better than the diamabrush removal tool to prep concrete? if so, how? Thanks guys!

1. The CUP WHELL is 4.5'inches in diameter and the arbor size is 5/8 of a cup wheel. 2- Depends on what kind of floor prep you will be using it. This is more aggressive and will grind concrete down to a new concrete layer. The Diamabrush is mostly used for glue removal, Then this plate is for grinding the concrete. how many sq ft concrete can this grind?

lot of variables there. depends how much you grind or what you are ginding off. i have probably ground 3000sf so far for etching concrete and grinding off epoxy. still probably 25% left on the disk.

will this remove mastic and varnish from wooden floors?

was not ideal for that. We used it last week to remove thin set from a concrete floor. Not the best way I would not even thing about using this on wooden floors. you will probably destoy them
