Do I just apply the gel on top of the previous one each time or do I file the old one down and apply new?

Thanks for your enquiry. Please follow the instructions as per the packaging. Apply one drop of blue gel onto verrucca and wart and let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes. Repeat the treatment for 4 days. No need to file the nails in between.

I have used this for 4 days. No scab has appeared but is very sore. Is this normal?

Yes, it can take a while (I think it took about 14 days for mine to appear). For me the whole process, until the scab finally peeled off, lasted about two months.

Does anyone do anything specific before starting the 4 days again?

The dead skin should come off if the gel has been regularly applied. If skin still tight, apply some more.

Can you use this on a wart at the top of my leg?
