I must have my Bi-Flex Triple Strength Supplement every morning it’s works every time my joint pain has been reduced to barely feeling any discomfort’s from my usual achy joints pain . this product is really great, i had surgery years ago on my shouder, and only coud lift my arms half way up, but now i can raise my arms all the way up ,wish i found it earlier.

What better recommendation than a friend who was struggling just to do a short walk and now is up to 3/4 mile. I'm taking it it take care of my joints, pills ok size, sounds like it will be effective. I guess it takes 2-3 weeks to start showing results.
