Sold build, but careless packaging. Then, wrong mounting bolts caused hours of setbacks.
Bought for 2016 Honda Odyssey. The hitch fits well and holes line up with OEM Honda Odyssey holes. There is a lot of literal pounding in order to modify the OEM bumper "crush" elements to accommodate the extra bumper length caused by placing the hitch elements between the chassis and the bumper. The included instructions are entirely inadequate, so you'll need to access some YouTube help. There is no box associated with this shipment. The naked hitch is delivered with expected scuffs and literal paint scraped off in places. The bolts, "instructions", washers and spacers are all wrapped to the receiver portion of the hitch by stretch cellophane. (Precarious and careless at best.) Here's the main problem with the hitch I received: The 4 of the 6 metric installation bolts had "course" threads instead of "fine" threads, so were worthless. These bolts are 10+ hardness, so aren't cheap. I literally visited four hardware and auto parts stores before I found bolts that fit. (I took the OEM fine thread bolts with me to test fit.) The reason OEM bolts can't be used is the hitch thickness necessitates longer bolts. The $10+ dollars cost of the bolts isn't as much the issue as all the running around town. Careless oversight on the part of the seller. How hard is it to pack the correct bolts for something like this? If I were starting from scratch on this hitch purchase and installation, I'd buy an OEM Honda hitch AND 4-pin trailer wiring harness. The harness I bought (CURT 56378 Vehicle-Side Custom 4-Pin Trailer Wiring Harness, Fits Select Honda Odyssey). had zero provision for mounting the 4-pin connector, so I needed to go buy a bracket and improvise its mounting. One of the YouTube videos featured the installation and mounting of a Honda OEM receiver hitch and wiring harness and it looked a lot more streamlined, and the 4-pin connector bolted right onto a purpose-built flange on the hitch receiver. The look of the hitch, once installed, it great. Getting there was an ordeal. I highly recommend going with OEM on this one.

Solid Build
My first time taking off a bumper and I had a helping hand it took 3 hours. I had to take off the bumper 3x because the metal brackets under the bumper needs to be hammered in quite a bit for it to not protrude when the bumper is back on. The quality is rock solid, probably built too well for my needs for a bike rack. The look is great, since it hides under the bumper. Would recommend as long as you are willing to put in the work and have a little know how and tools. Refer to YouTube for install videos.

Easier than I expected, I installed by myself.

Great product although a challange to install.
Difficult to install, but once installed, works great, looks awesome, and has a higher clearance than others.

Great hitch. Install wasn’t too bad if you have the tools.
Great looking hitch. Can be intimidating pulling the bumper for the first time but it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I already had all the tools and a torque wrench. Took about 2.5 hours but I did it slow and careful. I have a touring elite so there was a connector on the left and right sides of the bumper to disconnect before the bumper could be removed after watching a YouTube video.

Install isn't bad, seems well made
Just installed this 76025 hitch on my 2016 Odyssey yesterday, so this isn't a long-term review. For those who may be worried about installing this themselves due to having to take off the rear bumper cover panel, etc., I'll say that it's really not as bad as you may think. Look around the Web for videos and watch before you start. It took me about 90 minutes from start to finish. The hitch itself seems very well made, with a good paint finish. And it hands-down looks way better than the other aftermarket hitches. I installed an OEM Honda hitch on my last Odyssey, and this Draw Tite looks to be the same quality for a lot cheaper.

Great tow bar
This tow bar met all of my expectations. I recommend it. However, it is not easy to install. Amazon also offered a service through a local vendor to install it for $165.00. I also ordered the installation. The vendor contacted me via email and quoted a price of 300.00 dollars. I cancelled the installation and took it to U-Haul. U-Haul installed the tow bar for $130.00.

Solid Hitch
Solid construction. Would have been easier if our van hadn’t been in an accident from previous owner. We modified the hitch and is solid.

Shipment was fast, But the packaging was bad!
The only thing I dont like is I have to hammer the bumper guard, So that the bumper will fit properly.
