Great choice for SOHO and Home users. Reliable and fairly quiet.
Great switch for the money, easy setup and friendly GUI interface. A lot of LVL2 functionality for advanced users. Great choice for SOHO and Home users.

Excellent POE switch that integrated perfectly with my Zyxel mesh Wifi system.

Perfect Product
I use this switch for the core of my home network and it is really great. Feature packed and I use the POE to power my access points with no issues and power to spare. This is a high quality managed switch. The management software is feature rich and does not disappoint. The speeds I get are full wire speed on all ports that I use so I am good with it. I have not extensively tested it or anything but every port I use works full speed. It is solidly built and fits well in my rack. I wish I could have two :)

Works as advertised, GUI a little clunky and CLI for show commands only
I'm a network engineer and this is the first L3 managed switch I've purchased for the house. It works great, my only real complaint is that you must configure the switch via the GUI. The CLI only works for show commands! That said the show commands are much better than jumping from screen to screen in the GUI. I saw another review that said they could not get VLANs to pass DHCP correctly to end hosts but I'm here to say it works as expected, it's just the verbiage is a little bit hard to translate to "Cisco" speak. Here's my VLAN tips for trunking ports to an AP Static VLAN: Fixed & TX Tagging on the ports you want to trunk VLAN Port Setup: Vlan trunking checked Don't forget to add a static IP (SVI) for the new vlan you created. POE works great to power my new U7 Pro AP. I'm happy with my purchase and it seems like a good value for a home lab or SOHO.

Great switch to future proof...
I'm a Sr Network Engineer and have had plenty of experience with managing network gear from different vendors. I used a Juniper EX3300 switch at home for years. Read up on Zyxel and decided to give it a try. Needed something to future proof with 2.5mgig and PoE++. Great speed and throughput thru these switches. The initial setup is a little odd but not hard. Every vendors UI is different and the terminology on some menus can be odd. I would definitely recommend this switch for home or small office. I would also recommend using the setup wizard then going back in and fine tune settings. Great quality for the money.

Perfect and Correct
Have had for a week now, works great, very quiet. For awareness, even though it shows GS1900-24HP on the switch itself, it truly is GS1900-24HPV2, which has both reset and restore buttons on the front vs just reset button (I originally thought I received the wrong product).

It's OK
Very fidgety with VLANs and saving the configuration was oddly complicated at first and led to some headaches. Honestly VLANs on non enterprise switches just have some weird options in general.

Great switch, no 10mb support.
Fast switch, easy to setup. One issue I had was I have an old device that only does 10Mb ethernet. This switch does not support 10mb. I had to add a small switch to support my old device. Pulled my hair out trying to debug why my old device stopped working after switching to this switch.

Smaller footprint than most switches with poe+ and sfp ports.

This product does NOT come with UK Kettle power leads, they are supplied as EU leads so have to be ordered seperately

mein erster managed switch.

Schade!
