The market selection for higher quality rechargeable batteries has most definitely improved over the last few years, and to their credit, Eneloop has kept pace and continues to offer a product that is reliable, has a charged shelf-life that set the industry standard, and have significant number of cycles for recharging. I use both the AA and AAA sizes and keep a 'charged' and ready inventory on hand. Eneloops have never let me down in powering critical field recording, camera/flash, and emergency lighting/radio needs. I trust them.

I use these for everything, have now purchased many for outdoor solar lights, remote controls, my sound machine and flashlights. Holds a charge seemingly as long as regular alkaline batteries and the batteries seem to last forever (I'm still using those I purchased several years ago).

I can’t live without the Panasonic eneloops. Every product requiring batteries in my house uses only eneloop batteries. I am a daily gamer on Xbox and need these for my controller. My controller powers my wired headset and rumble on the controller and they last for several days at a time before needing recharging. Holiday time is the best for these too…for battery operated wreaths and window candles. I personally use these for metal detecting which takes a lot of batteries at a time to remote controls to my beautiful Howard Miller clock that is pictured. I use these for everything and would highly recommend. I wish they were cheaper but they last years. My last set prior to the 7 or 10 year ones were meant to last 3 years but lasted 6.

For recharables, these are really good. We used them for years before they started holding less and less charge. I feel good keeping batteries out of the landfill and use these often. They don't quite have enough oomph to power some things but they work in most things that I use them in. They also charge quickly.

Strong charge. Long lasting. I use them in flashlights, remotes and blood pressure cup.

Very stable. Hold charge for a very long time in storage. The remote control and other devices works a little less than using big brand alkaline, but comparable to generic brand alkalines.

Did not hold a charge for long before the overall batteries became weak and required frequent charging. I did not overuse them.
