Bee pollen is a natural product used to feed the younger bees of the colony. It is a mixture of flower pollen, nectar, enzymes, honey, wax and secretions, which is packed with amino acids, vitamins, nutrients, lipids and other active products. It can boost your immunity and is an antioxidant. It may also help with hot flushes in menopause. I am taking it to boost my immunity and do notice it makes me sneeze, which to me is a sign that it is activating my immune response. The product looks like large couscous granules and has varied earthy-orange coloured granules. They are slightly chewy with a powdery taste and bittersweetness, which disappears on chewing. I like this product and try to take half a teaspoon every morning!!

Doesn’t have a weird smell. All organic. Great value for money. Can be used in your granola bowls doesn’t taste of anything. Easy to use. Benefits of using this is amazing for us women as well in our breakfast.

Actually flavourful and great quality. Other pollen I’ve bought before has just been musty dust but this one actually tastes nice in my morning yogurt with some honey. Be careful though and look at it when you pour it, as I’ve found a couple of wings and bee parts in it!

Very good and I have been using it for since 2020 and it is very good. A natural remedy to treat air fever or breathing difficulties.

I have bought this bee pollen to hopefully help with some health issues. I don't know yet whether or not it will make a difference but I will monitor my progress and report back later. The five stars are because I think it tastes really lovely - slightly sweet and floral. This is a big relief to me because I bought some bee propolis a while ago (for the same health problems) which tasted so truly disgusting (bitter with a revolting aftertaste) that I had to give up on it before it had had a chance to potentially make any difference to my health. I have high hopes for this product and, even if it doesn't improve my wellbeing, at least it is a pleasure to consume! Also, I have just read elsewhere that bee pollen is a complete protein - very useful, as I am following a plant based diet at the moment.

Didn't realize how dehydrated and malnourished I was till I started taking this and experienced immediate results. More muscle strength, stronger immune response, and visible improvements in my severely swollen tongue. My tongue has been a freak show for 10 years and I only just recently stumbled upon information that a swollen tongue can be caused by dehydration/ lack of minerals. Since taking a Tablespoon of this pollen 2x a day in yogurt (it's a bit gnarly to take in its own), my tongue is visibly improving every day. It's mind blowing. At this point, I'm planning to have pollen everyday the rest of my life. This is the first super food that has really worked for me. Love the quality. Ten stars.
