If i use this, can it remove rust spots? and if yes, do i still need to use rust/iron remover before using clay bar?

Rust spots no. It will only remove the rust particles, rust will have to be treated separately. Iron remover is for removal of fine iron particles not visible to naked eye but still left on paint body specially from front of car till front both doors, wheel rim and top of car. It alomg with clay will give a clean slate - scratches for preparation of ceramic or wax coating.

how long a bar will last on an average for bikes ??

As much as you can run, you have the best product and bought it.
