This is by far the worst supplement I have ever taken, within an hour I was nauseated. I was in bed all day and threw up four times. my stomach didn't react that well to this product. it could be different for other people, but the fact that four days later I said let me try the other product I bought with it which was Mimic. I took at while at work, and what a mistake that was. When I got really sick I just down a whole can of coke and that eventually made me puke so violently but felt better an hour later. i'm sticking to my regular supps from now on. I always said never buy supps with a stupid name, but it was recommended by someone who swore by it. lesson learned.

Did not enjoy taking 6 pills a day....

This product is top shelf when it comes to CLA, now for those who post negative reviews about this product did so because the lack of understanding the product, not your fault, I understand that.The product itself is strong and powerful CLA product(do research) that is target primarily to somebody who is serious about fitness on a higher level.Talking about going to gym 4-5/week, avoiding junk food, limited or no alcohol, etc...For those folks who think that taking this CLA would melt fat from them are highly mistaken.Also, it's not smart in my opinion to start taking full dosage from the start, I start with 2 pills a day for a week the 4 pills a day for another week and I tried 3 pills and decided that 4 are enough for me. Getting more than I asked, legs getting too veiny from lack of fat on them. Not a big fan of that much leanness.Magnum Pharmaceutical is a good high end product company.Thank you.

This is my first bottle of Magnum Acid but not my first product ftom this company. Really popping two easy to swallow capsules befire my three meals is nothing. There have been no side effects at all. I did feel my heart race one time when my stomach was super empty and I misjudged the “five minutes” recommended timing before getting my food. Other than that I am finding my stubborn fat areas getting leaner in the mirror. Will update at end of bottle. For now I am happy with it and by the way Iove their HI 5 Bcaa’s.
