Invertase 2 Ounces

I bought this. As I planned to make chocolate covered cherries. The bottle is small and made of glass. The smell is not to powerful. The product works as describes by the seller. It turns the center from solid to gooey delicious like I remember mom making. These are great for making chocolate covered cherries.

Used this in my annual fudge, so amooth, so amazing.

I work with a master beekeeper who adds this product to his homemade pollen substitute patties for queen rearing nutrition. It is added to help the Pattie retain moisture thus aidingthe nurse bees digestion and transformation into brood food. A little unusual of a review, I am sure, but it just shows that a good product is more useful than it's originally intended purpose.
