Autoimmune Disease be damned!!
I originally bought this product because I was diagnosed with a fatty liver and was looking for ways to help. I also have lupus and slightly elevated cholesterol. WITHIN ONE WEEK, I noticed a huge difference in my energy level and definitely not a placebo effect. I have been taking it for about 2 months now and feel better than I've felt in months, if not a year! My cholesterol has also gone down, not drastically but hey every little bit helps! I wish I could give it more stars! I highly recommend this to anyone as an anti-inflammatory!

My husband and I both had elevated liver enzymes, both ALT and AST. His physician recommended milk thistle so I ordered this product for him. His next bloodwork came back normal so I gave them a try as well, and my enzymes came back normal too. We have been taking them for about two years with the same results. Good liver detoxifier
I take this to help me with my Gilbert syndrome with my liver.I've been taking milk thistle to help me since my liver function runs high as a hereditary trait. I like the solaray milk thistle because you get seed extract and seed sources of milk thistle and the container and it works really good. Plus I have found it also aids with digestion.
