Good product at low price
First we will start with pros. Very flexible and easy to install. Even you do not need to worry about its mounting. A good product at very less price. Cons Packing material size and screw size a little bit challenge as well as you need to think about packing material quality is not upto the mark.

Product quality is Good. After arrived, there is multiple way to mount on my L shape wall. Mount by myself, so it's easy. Product - Good Delivery - Good Cost - Average Product Packaging - Need to Improve ( At least bubble wrap )

Average buy, not sure if you have other better options
Purchased this wall mount for flexibility for the wall that I wanted to mount the TV which was perfect. Given its design it's not holding up to a specific angle and slips down, basically, it's not sturdy enough for 27" monitors given the added weight and angle it's installed for me. The seller can also improve the packaging my item had some scratched on it.

Don't buy for Monitor above 18 inches. It bends after a use of month. ⚠️
I thought of going for this instead a exp monitor stand, but turned out that this is very bad choice. Total waste of money. The wall mount is best at start, everything will look great, but one day you'll see it getting bent slightly. Till the day it'll completely be useless. I thought it'll take a weight of my 22 inch lg Monitor. But it's not what it looks like. It's not made for it. It is total circus while using.

The metal that fixes to the wall is thin. Will bend even it little pressure is applied. The swivel vertical is also ok quality. Might be fine for small light weight monitor when the arm is not moved often.

Value for Money
Summary: * It's sturdy, has the double bend - which allows extension of the arms. * Came with 4 screws to attach the monitor (I used for 19" Monitor), 2 screws with nylon plugs to put the frame on the wall Good: - Sturdy - Flexible - Comes as complete package (i.e. with screws and a spanner) Bad: * Packaging was bit careless (as I opened the outer amazon pack, I saw screws out of the cardboard box pack of the item) * The spanner provided is too thin for the purpose (I will rather not give it and reduce the price a bit - if possible) Conclusion: I wish the price was but lower, otherwise it does its job well.
