Coarse powder, but good
We have lot of cats in the house, and even cleaning litter boxes every day, when it's humid... Well... A generous sprinkle of this in each litter box really cuts down on the odor (and helps with the clumping). Found for ounce, it's cheaper than buying food-grade baking soda, and it works just as well without being harmful to the kitties.

Every 10,000 gallons add 1.5lbs of Sodium Bicarbonate to increase alkalinity by 10ppm
In The Swim Solvay Bicar Sodium Bicarbonate Alkalinity Up - 50 Pounds. My pool alkalinity fell very low because of constant heavy rains. This 50lb bag is economical and will last a while before it runs out. This was a great deal with free shipping.

Pure soda!
Great quality soda, dissolves quickly and effective in raising the pH. Accidental discovery: spilled on dandelions growing around pool and they were obligated!

This is definitely the route to go if you have a big pool that you want to keep your pH up with
I was having a problem getting the ph up in my pool all the time so I bought this big bag of sodium bicarbonate because it's the same exact stuff that's in those expensive small bags of pH plus why buy pH plus when you can buy this giant bag and save money now I'm having a problem with keeping my pH Down I'm not sure maybe I put too much of this in be careful
