Can it be washed at 60 degrees?

I’ve washed it at 30 degrees - the table cloth was stained but it came up like new. I wouldn’t recommend washing it at 60 degrees from previous experience table cloths do shrink.

Think it was China on the packaging but cannot see a label on the actual item.
