Nothing to dislike. All four came packaged in its own little house. Inside one box.All very healthy, large keaves, and pleasant smell.A tad dried out, but being summer time in my hot state, it was expected. I unpacked the plants, watered all well, and let them rest overnightI put all four in one large pot.They are growing well. I water daily.

These plants always do well. They were shipped in their own personal plastic green house each. They held up in there for a few days. I couldn't plant them due to a cold snap that hit us. I just gave them water and sun. They are now huge! I get so much basil from them I have had to start drying it for future use. 3rd year buying them. Cheaper then the local stores. Great flavor! Makes my sauce taste better!

The Basil plants were sent out without the same care as other plants I've gotten from Bonnie's. My suggested is to read the "most recent" reviews as well as the 1 and 2 star reviews. I've ordered Bonnie's plants before but this is the first time I've ordered Basil. Don't order the Basil plants. They are just too temperamental. I've ordered the Rosemary and also a four pack of Rosemary, Sage, Oregano and Thyme. These were very moist upon arrival and just needed a good watering and sunlight to bring them back. These Basil plants may not make it. First of all, they are about one third the size they show in the picture. Very skimpy and new looking. Each plant had 2-3 leaves and that is it. Very new and delicate. They were so dry that the dusty dry dirt shook out of their plastic containers into the box. I don't think they were roughed up, I just think that whoever is sending out the Basil is not taking the same care as the other plants. Basil needs a good watering and wrapped in plastic around the pot to keep the moisture in. Bonnie's should know this. The refund was easy though. Just go through the Chat Function.

Comes as a mature plant. All four were ready to plant in my kitchen herb pots. They were all four wet soil & were even growing in the plastic shellsHey come in to protect them. Great buy!

I have noticed that you can buy basil plants at the grocery store these days, but I have never had much luck keeping them alive after transplanting. I was impressed with the packaging for Bonnie Sweet Basil plants. They arrived in a sturdy box and were enclosed in plastic towers so that, even if tipped upside down, the plants stayed in place. My four plants arrived healthy, planted in what I believe was a mixture of soil and peat moss that was not dried out but needed immediate watering. Not a single plant was dead or even had acwilted leaves among these bright green basil plants. At about $6.00 each, they are a bit pricey, (minus 1 star) but the packaging justifies the cost, I tell myself. I am not patient enough to tend to seedlings or anemic grocery store plants. These robust plants arrived in excellent condition. I recommend Bonnie Sweet Basil if your budget allows.

UPDATE: Bonnie Plants got back to me today and is sending replacement plants. They apologized for delay in response. More when they arrive, hopefully in better condition! For now have changed 1 star to 3.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Tiny and not at all "ready for harvest" plug plants arrived wilted, brown, and with no real root structure. They wont survive likely. I emailed Bonne plants directly 3 days ago and have not even gotten a reply. Absolute shame they used to be a good company, ive bought their plants for over 4 years now. Lost a loyal customer. Absolutely a rip off this season. Avoid!

The basil was beautiful healthy the size was great no brown leaves moist soil I got some from Home Depot and it was ugly I can’t believe this came trough the mail I love it
