Tastes and smells delightful and it is easy to use.
I got it for Pizelles but I have used it in coffee, protein drinks, etc.. it is fun to use the sprayer. There is a dropper too. The smell is wonderful too. You just need a little. So sample it first. I used it on a yellow cake mix too. It add a light layer of flavor.

Great for traditional chai tea
This is great. Small amount gives big flavor. Works great when infusing water to make traditional chai tea. About 1/4tsp was enough to flavor 24oz of tea for it. Was pleasantly surprised.

Shake it very well and maybe use a little more for certain recipes!
I really like the Rose extract. I used this for my coconut flour bread (as I don’t eat any gluten). I found if I shook it REALLY WELL before adding it to the dough and using a little more than the recommended ‘couple of drops’ really gave my bread a nice, noticeable Rose flavor. I don’t eat sugar so I used Monk Fruit to slightly sweeten the bread. It turned out really flavorful and my husband actually like it!!! I’m eager to try the Lavender and the Cardamom.

A little weak.
I’m using a lot more in my recipes than I imagine I should be using. Maybe making the extract stronger is difficult, I don’t know how these things work. But definitely don’t quantify how much of this extract you should use judging by other extracts, like vanilla or almond. Use your taste buds, not your nose. Very hard to make this the centerpiece flavor of a dish. The bottle is very nice. The dropper is great quality, but doesn’t drop much at once. Liquid is clear. Pretty good value all things considered.

Great lavender extract
Made matcha latter w/ lavender cold foam. Added 3-4drops w/ 3Tsp of heavy cream, 2Tsp pf whole milk, 1Tsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of ube powder for color. Lavender smells great but not over powering. Grat for cold foam, baking. No purple color. If you want color, you gotta add color.

Not really what I was hoping for
Not really what I was hoping for. This review is for the orange blossom extract. It smelled good, but more citrusy maybe than the actual orange blossom. I used quite a bit, but I can’t say it really made my sugar cookies taste the way I was hoping for. Well packaged and seemed like a quality item, however. I’m sure the other extracts they offer are delicious. Orange blossom is a tough one.
