I had terrific pain in my knee joints from arthritis and of course couldn't get to see a gp because of lockdown. I didn't sleep at night for the pain and just managed during the day. After doing a bit of research online decided to give these a go. They are easy to swallow and cause no tummy upset. I only take one a day and felt the benefits after approximately three weeks when I realised I was sleeping right through without the burning pain in my joints. I am also able to take more exercise during the day. I have used another brand but these are now my default choice as they offer the best value for money 😊

I have been struggling with joint pain almost my whole life. The majority of my teenage years were spent in pain, and I had multiple doctors appointments trying to pinpoint what this pain was. Unfortunately, I never did find an answer, but was recommend these food supplements as a great way of reducing the pain. At first, I was skeptical; I have tried all kinds of multi-vitamins and pain-relief creams and pills but they never worked. But these have majorly reduced the pain that I have been feeling. It took a couple of months of taking them consistently, but I have now started to see a change in my pain. I now can go out for the entire day and not worry about having another sleepless night because my joints would be throbbing. These supplements are a god-send and I would recommend them to anyone else that is struggling with pain like me. I will continue to buy these for years to come.

I find taking these capsules very easy to do, three times a day with meals. I suffer from stiff joints and am hoping for some effective pain relief when I move about. I have been on them only a few days, so I guess it’s early days yet, but I believe they will help me in the long run. The next day delivery was impressive, so I am generally very pleased, so far.

This is my 3rd lot of turmeric, I bought this one as was on offer, but it works just aswell as the really expensive ones. Would totally recommend!
