Excellence Dependable Reliable and Assured Protection
An insurance plan that works and I purchase this on items that may break or are expensive. Let’s face it, in today’s world manufacturers make things to break and to be replaced. Thus far I used the claim twice and absolutely no hassle, no fuss, no your claim is invalid! They pay out each time something breaks and again because of poor manufacturing of making things that break Will always purchase this plan and if homeowners insurance was as great and reliable and hassle free, what a wonderful world this would be

Worth Every Penny
Worth every penny. I store my plan inside the original packaging. When a product breaks, it is so easy to file a claim. You will need to do it online. However, it is spectacularly easy. Do remember your product warranty comes first. I've rarely had a product break during the warranty time, which I why I buy the protection plans.

Excellent Customer Service
Great experience, no hassle return and no questions asked. They sent me a gift card the same day I mailed my BUNN coffee maker back and I had a new on at 5am the next morning sitting on my porch. It made it in time for my morning coffee. Great experience

Good experience
I had a very good experience with Asurion. I purchased the protection plan for my coffee maker. I filed a claim and I received notification the same day saying I would receive an Amazon gift card for the amount of purchase after I shipped the old one to them. As soon as I dropped the item off at UPS I received notification that the gift card was available for me to use.

Worth every penny
I highly recommend asurion coverage. We needed to make a claim on an electric rechargeable coffee mug and the process was so easy and handled very professionally. I have to be honest and say I was expecting a run around but that didn’t happen. We will use this coverage on future purchases as well. Can’t wait to get our new mug we ordered after we received the replacement amount. Thank you for a smooth process.
