This would have been my third or fourth bottle of them. I loved them for the time that I had them however, I’m leaving them behind to use another brand as I need a lower dosage. They have been great. I’m not too sure about these. (Sorry, not very helpful).) I’ve always had high anxiety. I work, drive etc..everything most people do. BUT, with that said, I was truly hoping for a more “peaceful, calming” feeling in my heart after taking these, and it just didn’t give me that “no panic feeling “, I was wanting..
