Can you play volleyball with this brace?

My daughter does. She does not wear knee pads over it. My daughter only plays the front row, so not much diving, but if you dove a lot, they would get holes.

If I am between sizes, is it better to purchase the larger size or the smaller size?

Choose the larger size for a more gentle compression or the smaller size for a more firm compression. When between sizes, the average person prefers the smaller size for a more secure fit, unless you are sensitive to compression.

how to measure for size

Go to there site it tells you. If I remember it's 6 inches above and below the knee.
