Bumblebee (2018)

On opening the package to my utter shock i found that it contained an unsealed Sony DVD-R disc instead of the promised Bumblebee Bluray DVD. A clear case of fraud and calls for stringent action against the vendor.

The Transformers Movies, lets be honest aren't movies that offer soul. Despite making over billions with the Michael Bay films, Transformers are often noted to be mindless, soulless blockbusters. 'Bumblebee' is a pleasant surprise though, that is indeed a Transformers Movie with Heart!💗💗'Bumblebee' works because the film focuses more on emotion than on action. Sure, there is action here and there as it has to be, it's a Transformers movie after all, but what is served here, intelligently, is a story offering soul. The relationship of Bumblebee and Charlie, is the film's heart. I liked the way their relationship is built up and how the emotional connect works. It comes across as genuine, rather than manipulative. And that's where 'Bumblebee' scores, it's more about love and bond, rather than just mindless action.Of course, there are flaws. The biggest one being that this is a familiar story and the beats are predictable. And the entire E.T. vibe is hard to ignore. But again these are manageable flaws, in an otherwise charming film. Rating-7/10This bluray has an aspect ratio of 1.78:1 & hence the full screen makes the movie viewing experience all the more fascinating!!😍😍👍The 3 ⭐⭐⭐ stars is because of the exorbitant price! The prices should be such that everyone interested in buying physical media can afford to buy stuff without giving a second thought. But expensive pricing is only promoting piracy & people r no more intrigued to buy blurays!! Had the prices been a lil less, the sales of blurays could definitely have been increased.If u didn't like the movie that much, no need to splurge 1199/- for this. Cheers.

Thank you to Excel Innovators for ruining the enjoyment of customer for not releasing such a big number not releasing in Hindi. As written by Excel Bluray + Dvd but did not found dvd in box not expected from Excel. This movie is available in Hindi on Amazon prim. Most of the big numbers not released in Hindi by Excel Innovators. He forgot big releases in hindi.

Liked the fact that this movie had little action compared to the movies by Michael Bay. The friendship between Bee and the lead had more emotion in it than all the previous five movies put together. The graphics were great. Other Transformers movies were very loud and over the top. This had a simple storyline easy to comprehend. Wish to see more of Bumblebee in future

Waste of money if you have region free dvd player then go for it if dont waste your money.

Good movie! But hindi language not available, this is disappointed.

This Blu Ray contains much more stuff than just a movie.

Companies started deciding what customers will watch and the result is a huge failure in home segment and definitely not alone streaming the reason. I would have definitely bought the 3d blue ray of this film and certainly not 4k

L'inizio di tutto BUMBLEBEE il film sulla Camaro gialla più famosa del cinema, l'inizio della storia di uno dei Transformers più famosi, nonostante non ci sia Bay con gli effetti speciali è molto bravo questo regista, la trama è molto carina, un vero tuffo negli anni 90, la storia tra ragazzina e robot non nuova ma molto avvincente che sa prendere lo spettatore, un quasi 500 milioni al box office guadagnati più che doverosi, adesso tocca al film su Optimus Prime.... Film Consigliatissimo, anche se non sei fan dei Transformers te ne innamorerai per la sua semplicità.

Ce film n'est pas aussi spectaculaire et ne comporte pas autant d'effets spéciaux et de robots que les 5 autres films de la saga Transformers mais c'est pour moi le meilleur de la série.L'histoire est certes assez simple mais elle est touchante (surtout les personnages de Bumblebee et Charlie) et elle possède une vraie profondeur que les autres films n'ont pas.On y apprend pourquoi Bumblebee a pris l'apparence d'une Coccinelle et pourquoi il ne sait pas parler dans les 5 autres films.L'histoire de Charlie (superbement interprétée par Hailee Steinfeld) est vraiment très belle avec ce côté initiatique du passage de l'adolescence à l'âge adulte tout en devant gérer la mort de son père.J'ai bien aimé également le côté années 80 de ce film (l'histoire se déroule en 1987) avec une totale cohérence au niveau des décors, des vêtements, des véhicules, ...Vous l'aurez sans peine compris, j'ai adoré ce film qui redonne un très beau souffle à la saga Transformers (surtout après les épisodes 4 et 5 que j'ai trouvé très moyens).Les 5 étoiles sont largement méritées.

Sono un fan della saga dei Transformers moderni, ma anche guardavo i cartoni negli anni '80! Devo, quindi, ritenermi contento di questa chicca di film ambientato appunto negli "eighties": personaggi, vestiari, luoghi, colori, automobili, ecc... sono stati ricreati benissimo. Questo blu-ray di Bumblebee è differente, ma in maniera positiva! Certo non mancano le azioni con gli effetti speciali ma si entra veramente nelle emozioni del robot/maggiolino giallo con la sua amica Charlie, insieme instaurano un bellissimo rapporto. La storia è semplice ma efficace, divertente, ed è godibilissima nelle due orette scarse di film. Ho apprezzato molto la ricostruzione dei robot presi direttamente dai cartoni animati, con dettagli aggiunti ovviamente! Belli anche i contenuti speciali, da vedere. :)

Nel complesso buon film. Unica nota negativa è la traccia audio italiana (un semplice Dolby Digital 5.1), decisamente non all'altezza del supporto Blu-Ray!!! Come al solito, buona parte delle edizioni italiane dei Blu-Ray sono purtroppo ridotte ai minimi termini!!!

Dopo la confusione e la grande incoerenza degli ultimi due film sui Transformers (diciamo pure 3), questa pellicola è un piccolo gioiello.Un tuffo negli anni ottanta, immagini d'impatto e colonna sonora super. Trama carina, personaggi ben strutturati con un gradito ritorno per i ragazzini cresciuti sognando un camion rosso con gli scarichi cromati rivolti al cielo.
