Don't listen to the person complaining that this went flat, I expect that they are average height and weight for a whale. I weigh about 85KG and I sit on this thing for up to 16 hours a day as I work from home and I'm a bit of a nerd too, so I often spend my evenings at my desk after work, playing games etc so I spend waay too much time in my chair at my desk. I bought a £350 gaming chair as it actually had more ergonomic options than most of the office chairs for the same price and has integrated adjustable lumbar, tilt and recline, and 4d Armrests. It's one of the premium gaming chairs and has been great. However, the one option it doesn't have is to tilt the sitting part forward so I bought this. It makes my very expensive chair so much more comfortable. Sometimes I take it off or on to change my position, but I usually end up with it on much more, as it's more comfortable on the butt and my back and legs end up aching less. Additionally, I like to sit crossed legged on my chair quite a lot, and this raises you up just the right amount in that sitting crossed legged is also more comfortable. I've used this far more than the average user I think, and in 3 month's worth of long days every single day, the memory foam is still as good as new. After sitting on it and letting it warm up, getting up off it shows the outline of your butt where it's moulded to you, and after a couple of minutes returns back to it's original shape. You know that handprint that is typical of memory foam pictures to indicate decent memory foam? That's what happens with this cushion, except it's not your hand that leaves a print, but your backside. TLDR: Highly recommended, well worth the money and almost definitely will improve your chair and posture no matter how good a chair you already have and how good your posture currently is.

I bought 2 of these wedges for my work chair, as I find it too hard to sit on and lacking back support. These wedges, although a little firm at first, do mould to your shape when sat on for a while. I found they really helped in relieving back (and bottom) ache. They're supportive and fairly comfortable. The anti slip side helps in preventing them from sliding around on the seat and the shape means you can use them in multiple seating situations. I would definitely recommend.

A well made and promptly delivered cushion. Bought to ease the pain of sitting after a family member's difficult birth. Sadly it was much firmer than anticipated and wasn't fit for purpose. However it is now in our car and is a great back support on long journeys. So be aware - if it's squishy that you are looking for, this isn't the one. Firm back support - this is definitely helpful.

If you struggle with a bad back particularly after driving, get one of these. You will not be disappointed. They make driving so much more comfortable and I have struggled with back pain for years

This is my second wedge cushion from this seller. I use them to keep my hips above knee level after hip replacement. Ideal and excellent quality. Highly recommend.

When one reaches a certain age one's gluteal muscles are not what they were! Sitting for longer periods in a car or at an office chair becomes unpleasant. I've tried several of these type of support cushions; I even bought a thick piece of memory foam to try and make a decent cushion. What I have learnt in my case is that it's not the thickness of foam necesarily, but the initial firmness. Counterintuitively these firmer cushions adapt better to your anatomy and allow relief over longer periods. I was impressed enough to buy a second one. Not the cheapest, but worth it if you don't want to spend a fortune on a top of the range office chair.

This is my second time buying this cushion as the first one for damaged (Dog tug of war) ha-ha! Only 1 thing is with these. I have noticed is you can't sit on them for very long periods of time, as they do go flat and UN-comfortable, for short sitting time they are good, you do start of high then you feel yourself lowering down, yes they do recover back to their original sate. That makes the memory foam description correct! They seem good wearing when sitting on daily/monthly, on a PC chair I have found them to be good for short periods of gaming, they seem to breath well and I've noticed myself sitting more straight. As the wedge style sort of forces you to move into a position that makes you sit IMHO in a better posture.
