Q: Can this be fixed to the wall?

Yes but it needs a pattress box (not supplied)

Q: Will this work if I have multi pull rooms to control a lounge 2 bedrooms and a bathroom all controlled separately via the wifi ?

You need one for each zone but can then control all the zones from one app

Q: Does this come with a sensor?

This thermostat comes complete with a floor sensor as well as a built in air sensor. The unit can be programmed to operate using either or a combination of both. The floor sensor has a 3metre long cable.

Q: Will this work on an exiting system that currently has a heatmiser probe

Yes it will work with a 10k ohm NTC probe at 25deg, of which Heatmiser thermostats also use.
