are the crystals real?

Some of them are genuine. What is listed as green aventurine is not green aventurine. It looks like malachite but the stones in my kit are fake malachite. I can tell because it is flat black and harshly contrasted against the green. Real malachite is only shades of green (sometimes so dark it appears black) but doesn’t have harsh lines like fake malachite.
