Cotton candy
Who doesn’t love cotton candy?!? One bottle wasn’t enough luckily I ordered two. Wish I could get this locally but it’s always sold out or not in stock, so thankful for Amazon and the doorstep delivery!

True Cotton Candy Flavor
This is the cotton candy flavor of your dreams. It is that true blue cotton candy flavor that tastes like you get from an ice cream shop. It is so good to mix with drinks, desserts, you name it. So far I have tried it and made cotton candy cold foam with matcha, iced macchiatos, energy drinks, and even made cotton candy sugar cookies. It is worth the price if you like to make your own beverages at home or add it to your baking pantry. I will be purchasing more flavors to add to my beverage bar and purchased the pumps for extra. I took one star off because of the packaging. The bottle was a little sticky when I received it but it was still sealed and intact. My suggestion to the seller would be to wrap it tight in bubble wrap or foam for protection.

So yummy!
The most perfect cotton candy flavor! I’d buy this over and over. Great for making homemade candy and mixed drinks.

Horrid Taste— Not Cotton Candy
Over the past ten years or so, I've bought several different drink syrups with all different types of flavors and sweeteners. I make no exaggeration when I say that this is by far the worst I've ever tasted. And cotton candy flavors are hard to ruin, really. But this has an animalistic or synthetic note to it that I simply cannot tolerate. It reminds me of spoilt bovine products or bad goat cheese is the best way I know how to describe it, and it was entirely unexpected. I tried my other cotton candy syrup from a different brand and it is delicious. And all my other syrup brands and flavors are still delicious or at least tolerable, too, so my tastes haven't suddenly changed. And I tried it on a neutral effervescent water— San Pellegrino, namely— after it failed to mix well with protein powder, and it's still horrible, whereas the other syrups taste heavenly mixed with this. This godforsaken syrup does not come in smaller sizes and is not refundable, so now I have this useless plastic bottle of sugary toxin. The mixology recipes suggest mixing it with lemon, which I haven't tried yet, so perhaps that improves the flavor? However, it is hard to imagine that note ever totally disappearing. The syrup is a beautiful blue color, the graphic design is on the package is evocative, and I wanted so much to love this product, but the quality is terrible. The plastic container did well with shipping. So there were no leaks. So rest assured, this liquid garbage will probably arrive safe and sound... to be poured right down the drain. If you have any misgivings and are watching your budget, give this one a miss lest you experience the buyer's remorse I have.
