Happy Customer
The glue is still drying on some of the pieces but I'd say I'm pretty happy. Pretty straightforward instructions. Most pieces fit snug but wood glue is still necessary. Very little sanding needed. Looks great. The only thing I think worth mentioning that others haven't said is that to fit Vallejo 60ml bottles in the 36mm holders, you have to do a bit of sanding to widen the hole. Craft acrylics like folk art fit without though.

Wood
Once I built it I enjoyed this repository for my paints very much. Instructions even by video are basic. I found myself inverting parts a lot and looking at them like I was trying to discover perpetual motion before realizing they just weren’t marked very clearly and I wasn’t insane. Get some wood glue to go with it.

Assembly tips
Make sure you have glue. I used Elmers multi-purpose. Next you need a hammer or mallet to tap the final side down. Don't just press on it because you can get frustrated if the tabs don't line up. Line up the tabs and then tap over each one with the hammer/mallet. Let the glue dry overnight before setting up your brushes and paints. It does have a burnt wood smell but not overpowering. Wife did ask me what I was burning. Ha Ha.

Nice fit
The parts are perfectly cut and each little dovetail part that gets inserted into another piece has little cuts that make them sort of flex into place. It was kind of a pain to get the second end on just because there are so many shelves and what not that all need to be inserted sort of at the same time. However, I found that starting from the bottom and working may to the top shelf made it relatively easy. My Vallejo and Army Painter bottles fit great and I like the brush rack as well.

Nicely made, functional, good buy.
Strong, light and well made, happy with purchase. I suggest using wood glue to add extra strength. It took around 25 minutes to assemble and I marked the parts with a pencil using the instructions, just made it easier. Would purchase again. It's not difficult to assemble if you follow the instructions, just a tad fiddly. See pics for assembly suggestions.

Good Products With Some Caveats
I have purchased multiple paint racks, both 35mm and 26mm, 45º and 90º racks, risers, drawers ... let's just say I went all in! So these are not garbage at all (I kept buying them after the first one, I did not buy them all at once). They can be a bit frustrating to assemble but it's really very easy to follow the instructions. USE WOOD GLUE because they will not stay together without it, and then let it dry overnight! I think a lot of people are having issues because they want to rush the construction, slap some glue on it, and start using it. Don't give in to that temptation. And you may need to sand down some pieces to get the best fit. Don't force it until you snap a piece!Having said all that, there ARE some issues! As many other people mentioned, they will not fit larger Vallejo bottles. My Vallejo rack fits them perfectly (go figure!), but TBT racks will not. Many of the drawer kits required sanding down at least one of the drawers for a smooth fit. So everything is not going to be 100% amazing and magical right out of the box.The other issue, and this is the one that led me to abandon the TBT rack system in favor of HobbyZone (Polish company that makes modular hobby racks) Paint Hangers is the simple fact that they take up SO MUCH desk space. The tables I use for modeling are only 24" deep, so with this thing taking up 6-8" it just wasn't working for me. If you have a deep desk with plenty of desktop real estate, this will probably not be an issue! And this morning, while transferring a load of paint from a 35mm TBT rack into my new HobbyZone racks, the whole thing fell apart. And it was glued together. So beware that these are not rugged and portable! They need to be glued together, left to dry, and then basically left where they are. I would expect some "rack casualties" if you move house, for example. I was just moving from one room to another and, lifting it by one edge (while full of paint, so there was weight on it) caused it to completely come apart. All in all, these are FAR from bad! But they may not fit everyone's needs. Ultimately, they did not fit mine.

Great paint rack, good thickness
Thickness was just right. I dry fitted it first then took it apart and spray painted it with a hammer finish gunmetal color. It was easy to assemble. I will buy again when I need another for more paint storage. Delivery was earlier than expected. I also bought the double drawers for under it and they were the same quality as the rack. I painted them the same. I really like the product.

Great Shelf, mostly easy to assemble
I love this unit and I’ll be purchasing additional ones for sure. That said, I’m a painter and not a modeler, so although this wasn’t difficult to put together, there was a headache or two when it came to putting the last piece into place to complete the shelf. Not too bad… but it was just annoying enough to get a four star on the ease of assembly.

What an amazing Improvement!
Holy dang, I'm getting the little tingles from seeing something so well organized after wasting so much time in the past searching for paints.Tips to avoid being one of the people giving lower scores to this product. If you're not comfortable building wooden models maybe this is not for you.Use wood glue on all points of contact and make sure it's fit tightly together when you leave it to dry overnight. It fits standard paint sizes so make sure you're ordering the correct rack.
