We placed this "fountain" in our backyard bird bath which was brand new. It worked great for about 1 and 1/2 weeks. Then we checked on it one morning and it totally STOPPED WORKING!! Nothing happened to it. It just STOPPED. We tried to fix it but unsuccessful. It is just broken. Very disappointed!! We would NOT RECOMMEND this product to anyone! For this price we expected it to continue working longer than a little over one week!!! We no longer have the packaging or we would return it. Oh well.

For what ever reason it did not work when first placed in the bird bath. But I left it in and the next day when I got home from work it was working. Looks nice and birds seem to love it.

We drilled one water cap to give the height of a squirt that we wanted for a 12" diameter bowl it sits in. It works great. Don't let the platform suck to the bottom of the bowl or pool. It floats fine so you probably won't need to mess with anything.

I bought this solar fountain the end of June and it worked fine in full sun. about a week ago it stop working and I brought it in the house and put it in a dark space so it can reset. It worked however, by the time I got it outside and back in my Birdbath it stop and it was in full sun. I did this again but this time I covered it from the sun. When I got it outside and uncovered it, it worked but just for a few seconds. It comes with no instructions you have to figure it out. Which is not hard to do. Just needs full sun and keep it clean.Very disappointed in this product. I'm going to contact the seller to see what they have to say about it.

It stopped working after only a couple of months. Very disappointing since this was a gift.

Ordered this fountain and it worked great for one day. Hasn’t worked since. Attempted all trouble shooting to clean and correct it with no success. Contacted the company 1 week ago about a replacement since it has a 12 month warranty. Still no response. Don’t waste your money.

My husband has been trying to get the birds to drink and or bath from the bird fountain for years. He has tried a few things in hopes to get them to enjoy the water. Nothing has worked until he got this little solar fountain. We now have regular visitors throughout the day!! The fountain itself isn’t a powerful spray, but the afternoon is a stronger flow once it has had some full sun for a few hours, yet it still has enough lift to attract the birds throughout the day, sun or shade time. It seems it gurgles early in the morning when shaded, but gets up and rising pretty high in the later afternoon once it has a good amount of sunshine. Did I say the birds LOVE it?!?! They do! Such a great value for the joy we get out of the birds playing in the fountain. Worth every cent!

This item does not work. I purchased 1 it pumped water for 5 min then stopped. I gave it time to charge according to the limited instructions. Nothing. I agreed to a replacement. I received the replacement and only last week took it out of the box. It sputtered and stopped repeatedly for 10 min. I gave it time to charge. It sputtered and stopped again for 5 min and has not worked since. Now evidently I cannot return it. Waste of money.
