My little shih Tzu had a white face and the tear stains were terrible. Since using this product as our morning routine, his tear stains have gone away and his eyes look so beautiful. I’ve tried a variety of products to get rid of my boy’s tear stains and these two in combination are the ONLY ones that have worked. I tried them at the behest of Chat GPT, who promised me this was what I was looking for. I have the tear stain remover solution and the powder and I use both. I didn’t detect any difference for the first 2-3 weeks of use but I read the reviews saying to keep on it and stayed consistent. My dog doesn’t seem to mind my cleaning and prodding so the solutions must be gentle on his eyes. I applied to his eyes an average of 5 times each week (1x per day). We still have some faint stains to get rid of- I’m sure we’ll get to the point where he has zero staining over the next month at the rate we’re going. But even at this point, I consider this issue 90% solved. TYSM, Eye Envy.

This product is actually helpful with my golden doodle , and I've tried many before it. The Tear Stain Remover definitely removes stains, and the ProPowder helps prevent more stains from forming. This boy's eyes tear up all day long, so it requires constant attention. I first wipe his eyes with a hot wet washcloth, then apply the Tear Stain Remover with a finger to his fur, and brush with a soft toothbrush. After that dries, I dab on the ProPowder. The pads work for scrubbing but I use less solution applying it directly, and the toothbrush gets the matting out of his curls. He seems to tolerate it just fine.

This product is amazing! I wasn’t sure at first, but after using it daily and trimming the stained hair, I started seeing results. It doesn’t remove old stains, but it definitely prevents new ones. After 8 weeks, I now only use it 1–2 times per week and it still works great. The first 6–8 weeks are key. I will definitely keep buying it!

Did absolutely NOTHING! I followed the directions, used it daily for 3 weeks, there isn't a difference, I feel like I was scared!

Worked great for Finnegan, my Malshi! (Maltese/Shihtzu) This product, combined with Angel Eyes wet wipe pads and using the fine tooth combs, nightly!! It took a little while, but it really worked. I take some credit, bc I was not giving up!! But now we just maintain with the comb when needed, but stains are gone!! Finnegan had dark reddish-brown tear stains and beard stains. It was taking away from his gorgeous handsome cute adorable face!! I had to do something! And after a few product fails, we came to this combo and it worked for us!! Also, you have to take into account what food they eat and water. Only purified water!! Not spring and not distilled!

Excellent. Can see an improvement after 1st week

Tears stained is almost gone! Using this product for almost a month now, since then the very dark brown stained turned into a lighter brown. I used it to Mochi (maltipoo breed) twice daily when I started and to get rid of it quickly and we have the positive results! We are maintaining the scattered light brown colour on her face because it looks good on her. I am using no scent baby wipes atm for her eyes and mouth as a daily clean. 🐶🐶🐶
